Sarah began her career in book publishing in 1995 after blagging her way into Penguin Books UK. She has since worked for Lonely Planet (UK) and Bridget Williams Books (NZ). She is currently Associate Publisher of Wellington’s Awa Press, which she joined at the company’s launch in 2004. Lee has been working in publishing since 2005, taking on editorial and pre-press tasks at Sarah Bennett Books, now fittingly renamed Bennett & Slater.
